All products you buy from Pronto are covered by our Return Policy.

 

If the product you bought from Pronto is spoiled then we will cheerfully refund the purchase price, exchange or fix the product at our discretion. *

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds where you have changed your mind about a purchase from Pronto.

 

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchase from Pronto provided that the product:

  • is returned to us with a receipt within 14 days of purchase;
  • is in its original, unopened, and unsealed condition;
  • if a perishable product, has more than 60 days of expiry; and
  • is a non sale product.

Products purchased on sale are strictly non exchangeable nor refundable.


To make a claim under our Return Policy, contact us via support@pronto.com.sg with your order number and the nature of your request – ensure you’ve attached photos/videos to back your claims – and we’d be happy to help.


* We reserve the right for further inquiry, and require your proof of purchase in reimbursing a loss.

* You may be required to return the item to us at your own cost.
