Delivery & Collection Guidelines

Order before 11 am for free same-day delivery; orders after this will be delivered next day.

 

Free delivery is offered for purchases over $100. Additional options include:

  1. $15 delivery
  2. Free self-collection
  3. Arrange your own 3rd-party delivery (specify in ‘Order Note’ at checkout).

For options 2 and 3, await our ‘ready for collection’ email.

 

Collection Times, Mon—Fri

9:30am-1pm & 2pm-5:30pm.

 

No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Deliveries run from 2-7 pm, Monday-Friday. Although we strive for punctuality, delivery times are not guaranteed due to daily scheduling.

We’re delighted to deliver your order from 2-7 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. While we always strive to accommodate our customers, kindly note that we are currently unable to fulfill specific timing requests. For any other inquiries, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@pronto.com.sg.

No minimum order required! We welcome all orders, but suggest a $100 purchase for free delivery.

If no one’s available to receive your delivery, a $15 redelivery fee applies. Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection or arrange a 3rd party delivery.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection (check your spam folder, too).

Orders made before 11 am can be collected the same day, after 11 am the next day.

Collect between 9:30 am-1 pm or 2 pm-5:30 pm, Monday-Friday. No collections on weekends or public holidays.
