Burcu Tomato Paste is a concentrated Turkish tomato paste used often in the lentil soups or stews, kisir bulgur wheat salad, and the Turkish aubergine dish, imam bayildi. It is usually blended with hot pepper paste or mild pepper paste as well. Keep it in the frigde once opened.
