Öncü Mild Pepper Paste is a milder version of the Turkish hot pepper paste made from peppers grown in the South-Eastern region of Turkey, mostly all handpicked and pureed using traditional methods. It is a preferred brand because of its aromatic herbs and spices, blended together into this thick paste as well.
