Öncü Pomegranate Aromatic Sauce is one of the well known traditionally Turkish pomegranate molasses. It can be used for salad dressings, ice cream toppings, a drinks mixer, in cocktails, to flavour tea or simply drink it as a diluted drink. It is such a versatile molasses that is used as an ingredient in sauces, casseroles, and marinades for barbecued meat as well.
